We've received close on two thousand comments over the past four weeks on the recently shared McIvor Reserve Draft Master Plan via virtual post-it note boards, a formal feedback form, and five face-to-face sessions with the community.

We were pleased to talk directly with a number of residents who were able to participate in the information sessions. (For those who registered to attend but couldn't make it, we are exploring opportunities to accommodate a session early in the New Year.)

Because we understand there's a lot going on at this time of year - planning to see family, finishing school, getting ready for the big day - we know life gets in the way and can make it difficult to find time to engage, even on a project that holds importance to you.

Engagement on the draft master plan is now closed. We are taking the time to include your additional comments in o the feedback gathered earlier. We will share the final results in due course.
